Following an update to Viper, it is often necessary to clear your browser cache. Most browsers cache or "remember" parts of all web pages to improve performance and you need to force the browser to "forget" the old version of Viper following an update. We recommend using the shortcuts below to clear your browser cache. And it's always best to press the key combo a couple times just to be sure the sometimes stubborn browser gets the message.
Note that you'll need to clear the cache on the internal Viper Site and Client Site separately. The shortcuts below will clear the cache for all pages of the current site open in your browser window. This means that if you have a page open in your internal Viper Site, the cache for all pages of your internal Viper Site will be cleared.
