Customizing the Client Site

The Client Site is where your clients go to view the proposals you have built in Viper. Because the Client Site is web-based, it can be customized much like any other web site. While the general structure and layout of the Client Site is not customizable, the fonts, colors, borders, images, and other styling elements are highly customizable. Currently, with the exception of the marketing image and office logo, customizations to the Client Site must be made by Viper staff.

What is customizable on the Client Site?

If your company has multiple offices or brands in Viper, the Client Site can be customized for each. Also, keep in mind that some of the customizable elements of the Client Site appear on every page of the Client Site (like fonts) and some only appear on specific pages.

Fonts: All the fonts throughout the Client Site can be customized, although most of the font styles on the Client Site mirror the fonts defined for your proposal content. Learn more about custom fonts here.

Backgrounds: The Client Site background can be a single solid color, gradient, or image. If you want to use images for the background, you can use a single image for all proposals or you can have rotating images based on a given proposal's season and destinations. Background images should be at least 1,440 px wide and 900 px tall.

Banner Image: A banner image can be added to each page. The banner image should be at least 1,200 px wide.

Logos: Your company logo appears on each page of the Client Site. You can upload your company logo in the Admin Site. Learn more about adding a company logo here.

Login Page: Clients land on this page to login and view their proposal. The background image and login area can be customized. For the background image on the login page, a single image should be specified for each office.

Landing Page: The Landing Page is the first page clients see after logging in to the Client Site. You can customize the Contact Column and "View your proposal" link. Also, you can set a marketing image that appears on this page. Learn how to change the marketing image here.

Table of Contents Page: Clients use this page to navigate the proposal. The styling and fonts in the Table of Contents page can be customized.

Proposal Section Page: Clients see this page when they click into a proposal section or event. The left column and header is customizable.

How are customizations made to the Client Site?

Currently, all customizations to the Client Site must be made by Viper staff. Email us at [e-mail] if you wish to make additional customizations to your Client Site.
