There are three different ways to add a management fee to your proposal. All three and their reasoning are described below:
Option 1: Adding a Management Fee as a percentage in the designated management fee area.

At the bottom of each Event block there is an area to put in a management fee percentage. Put your desired percentage in that box, and it will automatically calculate your fee and add it to the totals. As you can see, you may insert a different management percent for each Event. Use this method if you charge a set percentage for your management services.
Option 2: Adding a Management Fee line item with a flat rate

By adding the management fee as its own line item, you are able to set a flat rate fee that doesn’t fluctuate with changes like a percentage would. For example, here we have added a flat fee of $1,000 for the management of the Welcome Reception. Use this method if you would rather charge a set dollar amount than a percentage for your management services.
Option 3: Burying the Management Fee in a “Bundled View” package

In this case, we have added the $1,000 Management Fee to the Dinner Package of the Welcome Night Reception, but we bundled the package. This way, the client is only able to see the total price for the Dinner Package, and not what is specifically being charged as a Management Fee.
