There are three different Microsoft-Excel versions of the costing that can easily be downloaded from the costing tab.
- The first version (far left of the three) is for internal use. It is essentially the same thing you see in the costing tab (except obviously in Excel), and therefore includes the cost and profit of all line items.
- The second version is an Excel document for the client. It is essentially the same thing the client sees in the client-facing costing, and therefore does not include the cost or profit of the line items, but just the final price charged to the client.
- The CSV (comma-separated values) document is passed along to clients as any easy way to push the data into a different system.
