In the Admin Site, you can control the names and visibility of each column in the costing.
- Login to the Admin Site.
- Go to the Offices & Employees tab.
- Select an office.
- Go to the Costing Control tab.
For each column you can change the header, but keep in mind that you cannot change how each column is used in calculations for price, cost, profit, etc. You are only changing the label for the column, which means you would not want to rename the "Price" column to "Cost."
You can also control the visibility of each column in the costing. "Visible" means the column will be visible in your internal costing and "Editable" means the column will be editable in your internal costing. "Show to Client" means the column will be shown in the client costing on the Client Site and in the downloaded client costing.
