Program Status Descriptions: VIPER Admin Site

In the VIPER Admin Site you can rename program statuses, hide unused statuses, and select a default probability for each status. These changes can be made in the Word Settings section of the Admin Site, which is accessed by clicking on the "Settings" tab in the main header, then by clicking on the "Word" tab under the settings header on the left side of the screen. 

Items which can be edited here include:

• Rename program statuses (e.g., you may want to change the name of a "Closed" program to a "Won" program)
• Check the Hide Status Box for unused statuses
• Set a default probability for each status (e.g., set closed programs to default to 100%) so they only relevant programs show up when you are searching throughout VIPER
