Administration Overview

The VIPER Admin Site gives you control over your VIPER site configuration and settings; your employee roles, permissions and notifications; default currencies; etc. Note that changes you make in the Admin Site apply to all of your organization's VIPER offices/locations. 

Many of the functions can only be accessed by specific administrators, so don't worry about accidental changes being made to the system. The VIPER Admin Site includes the following headers:

• Offices & Employees: Edit office-specific settings for each office. Add and edit employee information and roles.
• Marketing: Edit the Global Marketing Message that appears on each VIPER proposal. This can be message text and/or a marketing image.
• Currencies: Edit default currencies and exchange rates.
• Settings: Edit global site settings, site-wide words and verbiage, company program roles, program statuses, and email notification recipients.
