Creating an Article
In the Content Library, you can create standalone articles that are not associated with any pricing, such as information about a destination, company policies, and "About Us" articles. To create a standalone article in the Content Library, hover your mouse over the folder where you would like to add the article and click the "Add Article" icon. If you wish to edit an existing article, simply click on it to edit it.

Creating a Description for Product or Package
If you wish to add a description for a product or package, meaning the description will be linked to pricing, you should not create a standalone article. You should open the existing product or package (or create a new one if it does not already exist), then click on the Description link.

Click the Description link to add or edit the product or package's proposal description.
Creating and Editing Descriptions
It's easy to add or edit descriptions using the Content Toolbar. Note that content in Viper is created using "content blocks" and you have many different content blocks to choose from, such as Text Only, Image Only, Text Next to Image, Slideshow, Gallery, Video, and more. If you are creating a description from an existing Word document, PowerPoint document, or PDF, you must add the content elements separately. For instance, you'll need to copy and paste text from the document into the Text Only block or Text Next to Image block in Viper. To insert images from documents, you'll need to save them to your hard drive as individual images and then upload them to Viper using the Image Only block or Text Next to Image block. If you wish to create a slideshow or gallery of images, simply insert the desired content block type and upload images from your computer.

Viper content is created using Content Blocks.

Text can be pasted from external sources and then modified as needed using the Text Toolbar.
