For each Vendor and Hotel in Viper, you can use the Schedule tab to see when a particular vendor is being used for specific products and services across ALL programs. The provider data is organized by date, which makes it easy to spot overlaps in provider useage. Additionally, if you have entered on-site staff as vendors, the Schedule tab quickly shows the dates and times they have worked or will be working across all assigned programs.
Note that the information in the Schedule tab is pulled from provider data for each program, the vendors and hotels you have assigned to specific costing line items using the Providers Popup. Click here to learn more about Providers and the Provider Popup.
