There are several reasons why an opportunity may be listed in the "Incomplete in CRM" section or not visible in the Dashboard at all.
For each Opportunity to successfully sync from CRM to Viper, it must meet the following requirements:
- Valid Account: The Opportunity must be assigned to a valid account in CRM that has synced to Viper.
- At least 1 Account Contact with email: The Account that the Opportunity is assigned to must have at least 1 contact with an email address. If you do not know a client's email address, simply enter in a fake email, such as firstname.lastname@example.org, and correct it later. Note that each contact should have a UNIQUE email address.
- Unique Opportunity Name: Each Opportunity should have a unique name. Try to give each Opportunity a descriptive name to make it unique.
If the Opportunity in CRM meets the requirements above but is still not available in the Viper Dashboard, please contact support.
