The Leads Tab within the CRM is extremely useful when creating a new lead or just contacting a potential client for the first time. The Leads tab allows you to build an account and contact on the fly for a new client without taking the time to manually input information into separate sections.
To create a new lead, hover over the "Sales" tab in the CRM main header, and click on "Leads" in the dropdown menu. Once you are on the leads tab, you can see all leads created in the CRM. You can search through the leads using the search bar at the top and create a new lead by clicking on the green plus sign near the top left of the screen.
