In the CRM you can set up calendar and event views that help you keep track of upcoming Events and To-Do items. To View the Calendar, hover over the "My Home Page" tab in the CRM's main header, and select "Calendar" from the drop down menu.
Then you will be taken to your CRM Calendar. Note that you can select to view items by day, week, month or year by clicking on the appropriate item in the header. Items shown in the calendar are either listed as Calendar Events (like scheduled calls or meetings) or To Dos (action items that need to be completed in a certain timeframe).
You can view all Calendar Events and To Dos by clicking on the "All Events and To Dos" tab at the top of the calendar.
